General terms of payment.


  • When ordering delivery outside Russia, you must fully pay for the goods and delivery before sending the order.
  • When ordering products in Russia, you do not pay anything. Payment occurs only after inspection of the goods.*

1. Terms of return and exchange of defective goods

  • When you receive your order at the pickup point, you can check the completeness of the order and the quality of the goods before making payment. If any item in the parcel is found broken or you are not satisfied with its quality, you can immediately refuse it on the spot and redeem the order minus these items of the order.
  • If the parcel is delivered by courier, you need to check the quantity and quality of the goods with the courier. If you find any breakage/defects or shortages, you should note this on the courier service form, detailing the detected discrepancies. Courier must sign the fact of the discrepancy.
